Lovely room with a view, convenient late checkout, great transport service, free shuttles to bars/restaurants, enjoyable games and grounds.

This hotel is well-located, with a short walk to the city centre. the suite is a spacious room with Japanese style. Unfortunately, it needs renovation. the staff is helpful and friendly, and shuttle service between the hotel and the city centre is convenient.

The carpets, curtains, and linen in the room were old and tired-looking.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Campos do Jordao. the location is perfect, being very close to the city centre. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Thirdly, the rooms with a view are simply beautiful, allowing me to soak in the serene surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.

All in all, my stay was great and I couldn't find any faults.

During my Easter stay, the hotel offered complimentary shuttle services to key attractions around the area. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and close to shops and restaurants. they had a variety of DVDs available to borrow and enjoy in their rooms.

The rooms are outdated and in need of renovations, especially the bathrooms. the hot water in the shower was inconsistent and hard to regulate.

This hotel has great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff are attentive and have a strong attention to detail. The location is ideal, being very close to the city centre.

All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Our bedroom was comfortable, with blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also offered a large and varied breakfast.

We were truly impressed by the generosity of the hotel shuttle service that took us to the city center multiple times a day. Not to mention the hotel’s prime location that was just a short walk away from bars, restaurants and shopping. Plus, the DVD library was a fantastic bonus – we loved picking up a movie and watching it in the comforts of our own room!

The shower left a lot to be desired. It either scalded us or it was ice-cold, making for an uncomfortable experience.
